Ich bin Unternehmer und Seriengr\u00fcnder von Unternehmen wie Qype (verkauft an Yelp), 9flats (erster Wettbewerber von AirBnB) und Avocadostore. Seit mehreren Jahren bin ich Investor und Mentor f\u00fcr Startups im Bereich AI und Klimatechnologie an Acceleratoren in Toronto und Oxford. Ich leite weiterhin das Sustainable Aero Lab, den weltweit einzigen Accelerator f\u00fcr nachhaltige Luftfahrt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum haben Sie sich entschieden, ein Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inoffiziell coache ich seit \u00fcber zehn Jahren Unternehmer. Dazu hatte ich in den letzten Jahren dann immer bessere R\u00fcckmeldungen. Unternehmer bezeichnen die Arbeit mit mir h\u00e4ufig als „life-changing“. Deshalb habe ich meinen Ansatz jetzt systematisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Vision steckt hinter Entrepreneur Coaching?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meine Kunden sind erfolgreiche Unternehmer. Aber viele stellen fest, dass sie genau das, was sie in der Firma erfolgreich macht, manchmal daran hindert, au\u00dferhalb der Arbeit genauso gut zu sein. Gute Unternehmensergebnisse, machen nicht automatisch gl\u00fccklich, denn sie beziehen sich nur auf einen Teil des Lebens; auch die anderen Bereiche m\u00fcssen \u201egepflegt\u201c werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meine Vision ist es, das Unternehmertum auf das gesamte Leben zu beziehen – nicht nur auf die Firma. Ich m\u00f6chte meine Klienten dabei unterst\u00fctzen, die entscheidenden Bereiche des eigenen Lebens selbst zu gestalten \u2013 nicht nur, aber gerade auch au\u00dferhalb des Arbeitsbereichs. Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer sollen die Freiheitsgrade, die sie bei der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung gelernt haben, f\u00fcr ihr gesamtes Leben entwickeln. Das kann beispielsweise ein besserer Umgang mit der Familie, dem eigenen K\u00f6rper aber auch eine neue Finanzstrategie sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von der Idee bis zum Start was waren bis jetzt die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen und wie haben Sie sich finanziert?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Gegensatz zu meinen fr\u00fcheren Aktivit\u00e4ten, bei denen ich oft als Investor unterwegs war, sind meine Coaching Aktivit\u00e4ten von Anfang an profitabel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wer ist die Zielgruppe von Entrepreneur Coaching?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich coache Unternehmer aus nahezu allen Branchen ab f\u00fcnf Millionen Euro Jahresumsatz \u2013 also keine Fr\u00fchphasen-Startups. Wichtig ist dabei vor allem Offenheit im Umgang mit den eigenen Emotionen und der Wille, zu lernen und sich zu entwickeln. Dazu gibt es ein Vorgespr\u00e4ch, in dem gekl\u00e4rt wird, ob wir zusammenpassen. Das Coaching-Verh\u00e4ltnis ist sehr pers\u00f6nlich – der Kunde muss es wirklich wollen, sich einlassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie funktioniert das? Wo liegen die Vorteile? Was unterscheidet Sie von anderen Anbietern?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coaches gibt es viele, es gibt meines Wissens aber keinen anderen Unternehmer mit meiner Erfolgsbilanz, der andere Unternehmer coacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrepreneur Coaching<\/strong><\/strong>, wo geht der Weg hin? Wo sehen Sie sich in f\u00fcnf Jahren?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich kann immer nur eine kleine Personen-Anzahl zur selben Zeit betreuen und m\u00f6chte meine Leistung auch nicht in ein Produkt verwandeln. In f\u00fcnf Jahren erhoffe ich mir eine hohe Bekanntheit f\u00fcr diese Form des Coachings und vielleicht auch etwas Konkurrenz<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zum Schluss: Welche 3 Tipps w\u00fcrden Sie angehenden Gr\u00fcndern mit auf den Weg geben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei all meinen Unternehmen habe ich immer auf das Feedback der Kunden geachtet und die weitere Strategie abgeleitet. Genauso gehe ich jetzt vor: Ich hatte keine Karriere als Coach geplant. Jetzt mache ich es, weil das Feedback so deutlich war. Es hat sich f\u00fcr mich immer bew\u00e4hrt, erstmal ergebnissoffen zu sein und das Feedback abzuwarten – dann aber sehr entschieden zu investieren, wenn Traktion entsteht. Das ist bei einem Internet-Unternehmen mit 16 Millionen Nutzern wie Qype, genauso wichtig wie bei einer individualisierten Beratungsleistung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
