In dem dritten von vier Parts erz\u00e4hle ich euch von unserer Internationalisierungsstrategie und warum wir niemals ein Office in Barcelona er\u00f6ffneten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/startupvalley.news\/de\/unternehmertum-weg-zum-erfolg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hier gehts zum ersten Teil<\/a>)<br>(<a href=\"https:\/\/startupvalley.news\/de\/werbemittel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hier gehts zum zweiten Teil<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-kommt-man-auf-so-eine-idee\"><strong>Wie kommt man auf so eine Idee?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Entscheidung, in Spanien zu expandieren, war keineswegs eine spontane Eingebung. Alles begann 2012, als mein Gesch\u00e4ftspartner Uwe Kasper und ich gemeinsam nach Barcelona reisten. F\u00fcr mich war es das erste Mal seit meinem Praktikum 2006, dass ich die katalanische Hauptstadt besuchte. Barcelona, oder \u201eBar\u00e7a\u201c, wie die Einheimischen sagen, faszinierte uns mit seiner eigenen Sprache, Katalanisch, und nat\u00fcrlich seinem legend\u00e4ren Fu\u00dfballklub. Uwe und ich lieben Fu\u00dfball \u2013 und so f\u00fchrte unser Weg uns ins Camp Nou, zum Champions League Spiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch Fu\u00dfball war nicht der einzige Grund f\u00fcr unsere Reise. Barcelona war auch der Ausgangspunkt einer langj\u00e4hrigen Partnerschaft mit unserem chinesischen Gesch\u00e4ftspartner Enric Marimon Costa, der seit 2010 in Shanghai lebte. W\u00e4hrend eines gemeinsamen Essens auf der Passeig de Gracia \u2013 mit Gambas Ajillo, Bravas und Serrano-Schinken \u2013 begann die Idee einer Expansion nach Spanien Gestalt anzunehmen. Damals wussten wir nicht, dass dieser Besuch der Start einer gro\u00dfartigen Zusammenarbeit und vieler weiterer Besuche werden w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-warum-spanien-und-was-hat-das-mit-china-zu-tun\"><strong>Warum Spanien und was hat das mit China zu tun?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrics Familie war bereits seit \u00fcber 40 Jahren im Promotional Business in Spanien t\u00e4tig, und 2011 wurde er unser Partner vor Ort in Shanghai. Dieser Besuch in Barcelona war der Startschuss f\u00fcr unser erstes Joint Venture \u2013 Mapripsa Europe SA. 2014 gr\u00fcndeten wir gemeinsam das Unternehmen und er\u00f6ffneten den spanischen Markt f\u00fcr Werbeartikel mit unserem Online-Shop pongomilogo.es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Entscheidung f\u00fcr Spanien war kein Zufall. Der E-Commerce-Markt war 2014 noch weit zur\u00fcck, und es war uns klar, dass wir mit einem lokalen Partner den Markteintritt deutlich beschleunigen k\u00f6nnten. Ein Partner vor Ort, kulturelles Wissen und ein starkes Team waren der Schl\u00fcssel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-internationalisierung-unser-erfolgsweg\"><strong>Die Internationalisierung: Unser Erfolgsweg<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn es um die Internationalisierung eines Unternehmens geht, gibt es viele Wege:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Alleine: H\u00f6chste Kontrolle, aber auch h\u00f6chstes Risiko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mit einem Partner: Ressourcen teilen, Wissen nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Mit einem Office vor Ort: Pr\u00e4senz im Markt, direkte Kundenanbindung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Ohne Office: Flexibilit\u00e4t, geringere Fixkosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr den Weg des 50\/50 Joint Ventures. Unsere Partnerschaft erm\u00f6glichte uns ein lokales Sales-Team, das genau wusste, wie man den spanischen Markt anspricht. Die technische Infrastruktur \u2013 vom Shop \u00fcber das Marketing bis hin zu den Produkten \u2013 wurde von uns in Deutschland gesteuert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Ergebnis? Innerhalb weniger Jahre folgten Expansionen nach Frankreich, Italien, Belgien und UK. Ein Office, f\u00fcnf L\u00e4nder, f\u00fcnf Sprachen \u2013 es war ein voller Erfolg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lernen-aus-neun-erfolgreichen-jahren\"><strong>Lernen aus neun erfolgreichen Jahren<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch auch erfolgreiche Projekte m\u00fcssen manchmal zu einem Ende kommen. Nach neun intensiven Jahren haben wir das Kapitel Spanien 2023 abgeschlossen. Die IT-Systeme und die Marktanforderungen hatten sich zu stark ver\u00e4ndert. Unsere gr\u00f6\u00dfte Erkenntnis? Setzt von Anfang an auf eine starke Marke, die international verstanden wird. Statt vieler Marken agieren wir heute mit einer einzigen \u2013 und dieser Schritt wird uns in Zukunft noch weiter voranbringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Weg der Internationalisierung war gepr\u00e4gt von klugen Entscheidungen, kulturellem Verst\u00e4ndnis und starken Partnerschaften.
