Er folgt auf Wolfgang Ufer, der seit dem 1. M\u00e4rz 2026 die Rolle des CEO von smart Europe innehat. Mit dem bisherigen Vertriebschef r\u00fcckt eine F\u00fchrungspers\u00f6nlichkeit an die Spitze, die den Aufbau der Marke im deutschen Markt ma\u00dfgeblich gepr\u00e4gt hat und nun den n\u00e4chsten Schritt in Richtung Wachstum und Skalierung verantwortet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-starke-vertriebsbasis-und-marktkenntnis\">Starke Vertriebsbasis und Marktkenntnis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit 2021 verantwortet Florian Nemitz als Head of Sales die Vertriebsentwicklung von smart in Deutschland und hat den Markteintritt sowie den Ausbau der Marke entscheidend mitgestaltet. Zuvor war er unter anderem als Verkaufsleiter bei Mercedes-Benz t\u00e4tig. Als Head of Sales hat er vor allem das smart Vertriebs- und Handelsnetz in Deutschland entscheidend aufgebaut, gepr\u00e4gt und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein enges Netzwerk innerhalb der Organisation und im Handel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fokus-auf-wachstum-und-skalierung\">Fokus auf Wachstum und Skalierung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit seiner engen Anbindung an das operative Gesch\u00e4ft, seiner fundierten Marktkenntnis und seinem klaren Fokus auf die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele bringt er beste Voraussetzungen mit, um die Weiterentwicklung von smart im deutschen Markt konsequent voranzutreiben und die n\u00e4chste Wachstumsphase erfolgreich zu gestalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201esmart hat in Deutschland die Aufbauphase erfolgreich gemeistert \u2013 jetzt geht es um Skalierung.
