Juni fand die j\u00e4hrliche K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE im ESTREL Berlin statt. 5.000 BesucherInnen nahmen an der K5 Konferenz 2026 teil und machten dieses Gipfeltreffen des digitalen Handels zur bislang erfolgreichsten K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE seit ihrem Bestehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-erfolgreichste-k5-future-retail-conference-seit-bestehen\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfolgreichste K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE seit Bestehen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE 2026 brachte den Handel erneut in Berlin zusammen und setzte mit Besucherrekord, hochkar\u00e4tigen SpeakerInnen und neuen Formaten ein starkes Zeichen f\u00fcr die Zukunft des digitalen Handels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-motto-into-action-pragt-die-konferenz\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motto &#8222;Into Action&#8220; pr\u00e4gt die Konferenz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf insgesamt sechs B\u00fchnen \u2013 darunter neben der Future Retail Stage und der Deep Dive Stage erstmals das AI Auditorium \u2013 gaben \u00fcber 250 SpeakerInnen tiefe Einblicke in Strategien, Strukturen, H\u00fcrden und Erfolgsrezepte des Handels von heute und morgen. Nach dem vergangenen Jahr der Anpassung an neue Spielregeln drehte sich die K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE 2026 ganz um das Motto <strong>Into Action<\/strong> und die Frage, wann, wo und wie der Handel und die Menschen dahinter aktiv werden und mutig sein m\u00fcssen, um in einer schnelllebigen und volatilen Branche unter neuen Vorzeichen bestehen und gewinnen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eWir erleben gerade eine Zeit, in der uns Technologien mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten er\u00f6ffnen als je zuvor. Die eigentliche Herausforderung ist deshalb nicht der Zugang zu Informationen, sondern die F\u00e4higkeit, sich selbst zu f\u00fchren, Orientierung zu finden und die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Besonderer Dank gilt den Platin und Premium Partnern Salesforce, Shopify, Akeneo, commercetools, SCAYLE, Mirakl, PayPal, Emporix und Reply f\u00fcr ihre Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-learnfromthebest\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">#LearnFromTheBest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach der Begr\u00fc\u00dfung durch Sven Rittau und Verena Schl\u00fcpmann sorgten K5 Initiator Jochen Krisch mit \u201eSTORE: State of Online Retail 2026\u201c sowie die K5 Thesen 2026 f\u00fcr ein volles Haus. Mit dabei waren Kristina Mertens (everstox), Stefan Wenzel, Karo Junker de Neui (Etribes, Kassenzone), Alexander Graf (Kassenzone) und Nele Odzuck (TikTok).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie lieferten fundierte, pointierte und teilweise kontroverse Einsch\u00e4tzungen zum Status quo und zur Zukunft des Online und Offline Handels. Nele Odzuck sieht Pers\u00f6nlichkeit als neuen Wettbewerbsvorteil im Agentic Commerce, Stefan Wenzel betont, dass nicht Technologie, sondern zehn Prozent der Mitarbeitenden einhundert Prozent der Zukunft bauen, und Karo Junker de Neui bezeichnet Habit Control als KPI der Zukunft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-hochkaratige-keynotes-auf-der-future-retail-stage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hochkar\u00e4tige Keynotes auf der Future Retail Stage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der Future Retail Stage begeisterten namhafte Keynote SpeakerInnen und Panel G\u00e4ste wie Dr. Boris Ewenstein (OTTO), Ruth Oberrauch (Oberalp Gruppe), David Schr\u00f6der (Zalando), Tobias Seemann (adidas) und Dr. Saskia Meier Andrae (eBay Deutschland) das Publikum und sorgten an beiden Konferenztagen f\u00fcr voll besetzte Reihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eDo you play not to lose or do you play to win?\u201c Diese Frage zog sich als Leitmotiv durch die K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eMit welcher Ambition treten wir an \u2013 als Brand, Retailer, Hersteller, Plattform und Marktplatz? Moderiert und kuratiert unter anderem von Yara Molthan (Etribes), Marcel Brind\u00f6pke und Michael vom Sondern (Commerce Advisory Network) bot diese B\u00fchne die perfekten Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr Keynotes, Fireside Chats und Panel Diskussionen von Transformation bis Mental Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SpeakerInnen wie Philip Clas (TEVEO), Matthias Wlaka (bonprix), Claudia Frese (momox) und Andrea Lederer (Weleda) lieferten praxisnahe Impulse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-startup-pitches-geben-jungen-unternehmen-eine-buhne\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Startup Pitches geben jungen Unternehmen eine B\u00fchne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die zehn Startup Pitches aus Retail Tech am ersten Konferenztag und D2C am zweiten Tag boten innovativen Gr\u00fcnderInnen eine gro\u00dfe B\u00fchne. Zu den TeilnehmerInnen geh\u00f6rten unter anderem Greta Garkisch (BiMA) und Andrea Schneller (koorvi).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben ihrer Pr\u00e4sentation erhielten die Startups fundiertes Feedback von der Jury mit Sherin Maruhn, Carsten Puschmann, Kristina Schreiner und Felix Harms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-ai-auditorium-feiert-erfolgreiche-premiere\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">AI Auditorium feiert erfolgreiche Premiere<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Aufmerksamkeit sorgte das erstmals veranstaltete AI Auditorium. Unter der Moderation von Esther Schwan (K5), Paul Krauss (Team One) und Verena Lindner (K5) stand K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz jenseits von Buzzwords im Mittelpunkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Panel Gespr\u00e4chen mit Katharina B\u00fclowius (REWE), Vanessa St\u00fctzle (LUQOM), Jonas Rashedi (FALKE) und Marius Keckeisen (BLACKROLL) wurde die praktische Anwendung von KI im Handel diskutiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-uber-70-masterclasses-mit-praxisfokus\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00dcber 70 Masterclasses mit Praxisfokus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In mehr als 70 Masterclasses konnten sich die BesucherInnen zu Themen wie Data Management, B2B, Marketing, Expansion und Omnichannel praxisnah weiterbilden. Der Fokus lag auf interaktiven Formaten und konkreten Use Cases aus dem digitalen Handel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-meetthebest\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">#MeetTheBest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben dem umfangreichen B\u00fchnenprogramm stand auch das Networking im Mittelpunkt der K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE 2026. Speed Networking, Guided Tours, der Female Circle Aper\u00f3, die KickOff Night powered by Unzer, die K5 Connect Party powered by Novalnet, Tischtennisturniere powered by m.a.c IT Solutions sowie zahlreiche weitere Formate boten vielf\u00e4ltige M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Austausch, zur Vernetzung und zum Feiern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-belongtothebest\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">#BelongToTheBest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit dem K5 COMMERCE AWARD, powered by Henning Heesen &amp; Company, wurden bereits zum vierten Mal herausragende Leistungen im digitalen Handel ausgezeichnet. Unternehmen aus dem DACH Raum traten in zehn Kategorien gegeneinander an. Nach Public Voting und Juryentscheidung wurden die Gewinner am ersten Konferenzabend von Verena Schl\u00fcpmann und Bella Wondra ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-ausblick-auf-die-k5-future-retail-conference-2027\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausblick auf die K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE 2027<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die n\u00e4chste K5 FUTURE RETAIL CONFERENCE findet am 22. und 23.
