Stefan R\u00f6bel tritt ab M\u00e4rz seine Position als VP Operations an und ist damit Teil des F\u00fchrungsteams von Grover, Alexander Baatz startet im April als Head of Product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beiden Neuzug\u00e4nge sind jeweils f\u00fcr die Weiterentwicklung der Kernbereiche Logistik und Produkt-Innovation verantwortlich. Sowohl die Optimierung der Logistik- und Fulfillment-Prozesse als auch die Erweiterung des Service-Angebots sollen das starke Wachstum des Unternehmens st\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als VP Operations verantwortet Stefan R\u00f6bel den kompletten Logistik-Bereich bei Grover und wird diesen skalieren und optimieren. Erstes Ziel ist es, die Lieferzeiten weiter zu verk\u00fcrzen und Grovers aufwendigen und je nach Produktart variierenden Refurbishment-Prozess zu optimieren. Aktuell gehen im Durchschnitt t\u00e4glich bis zu 500 Bestellungen bei Grover ein. Dazu treffen pro Tag rund 150 Produkte nach beendeter Mietlaufzeit im Lager ein und werden anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fcr die erneute Vermietung aufbereitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-stefan-robel-bringt-langjahrige-erfahrung-im-logistik-warehouse-supply-chain-und-operations-management-mit\">Stefan R\u00f6bel bringt langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrung im Logistik-, Warehouse-, Supply-Chain- und Operations-Management mit. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Von Juli 2016 bis Februar diesen Jahres war R\u00f6bel beim Online-Retailer ASOS als Head of Logistics EU t\u00e4tig. Sein Aufgabenbereich umfasste unter anderem die gro\u00dffl\u00e4chige Lagerhaltung&nbsp; sowie das Design und die Implementierung einer vollst\u00e4ndig automatisierten Lagerl\u00f6sung. Davor sammelte er Erfahrungen im Operations bei eBay \/ Radical Inc und bei Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIn den letzten sieben Jahren habe ich tiefe Einblicke in das Logistikmanagement im Versandhandel gewonnen und freue mich nun die Logistik- und Operations-Prozesse bei Grover auszubauen. Das zirkul\u00e4re Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell von Grover bringt viele spannende Herausforderungen mit sich \u2013 vor allem die Aspekte Return und Refurbishment\u201c, sagt Stefan R\u00f6bel. In seiner neuen Position als VP Operations ist R\u00f6bel Teil des F\u00fchrungsteams von Grover und berichtet direkt an CEO Michael Cassau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Bereich Produktentwicklung setzt Grover in diesem Jahr den Schwerpunkt auf Innovation. Als Head of Product wird <a href=\"https:\/\/startupvalley.news\/de\/grover-erweitert-kooperation-mit-mediamarkt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Alexander Baatz<\/a> die Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Service-Features vorantreiben. Im Sp\u00e4tsommer ist bereits ein Softlaunch von Baatz&#8216; Pilotprojekt bei Grover geplant \u2013 Das Rollout eines neuen Grover-Produkts zur pers\u00f6nlichen Finanzgestaltung. Baatz blickt auf f\u00fcnf Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler Finanzprodukte zur\u00fcck.
