Die F\u00e4higkeiten, die sie aufgrund ihres kreativen Jobs als Creator ganz nat\u00fcrlich haben, k\u00f6nnen aber auch anderen Gr\u00fcndernInnen helfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meldet-euch-regelmassig-bei-euren-potenziellen-kunden\">Meldet euch regelm\u00e4\u00dfig bei euren (potenziellen) Kunden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>YouTuber sind hervorragend darin, Zuschauer zu Abonnenten und Abonnenten zu Fans zu machen, indem sie immer wieder mit ihnen in Kontakt bleiben. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Video-Uploads helfen ihnen dabei eine starke Bindung zu ihrer Zielgruppe aufzubauen. Auch ihr als Gr\u00fcnderInnen wollt potentielle Kontakte zu Kunden und Kunden zu Brand-Ambassadors machen. Wie in jeder Beziehung passiert das nicht mit einem One-Time-Stand, sondern durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kontakt. Erstmal geht es dabei um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse der potentiellen Kunden und nicht um euren Wunsch (viel zu verkaufen). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ob-instagram-tiktok-uber-pressearbeit-oder-eure-pinterest-seite-oder-vielleicht-in-eurem-eigenen-youtube-kanal\">Ob Instagram, TikTok, \u00fcber Pressearbeit oder eure Pinterest-Seite \u2013 oder vielleicht in eurem eigenen YouTube-Kanal: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es geht nicht (nur) darum regelm\u00e4\u00dfig von euch h\u00f6ren zu lassen, sondern einen Grund zu liefern euch zuzuh\u00f6ren. Bestimmt das \u00f6ffentliche Gespr\u00e4ch, indem ihr in den Dialog mit euren Kunden geht und verbringt Zeit mit ihnen. Egal ob Offline- oder Online-Zeit. Je l\u00e4nger die Zeitspanne ist, die Kunden mit euch verbringen, desto st\u00e4rker ihre Beziehung zu euch und umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer euer Erfolg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schafft-vertrauen-in-eure-marke\">Schafft Vertrauen in eure Marke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kein Click-baiting, keine Hype-Produkte die nicht halten was sie versprechen. Vertrauen ist der wichtigste Aspekt in der Markenkommunikation. Deshalb solltet ihr auf jeden Fall eine Marke bilden, der man auch vertrauen kann. Das geht am besten, indem ihr \u2013 und das ist fast schon ZU logisch \u2013 nichts versprecht, was ihr nicht halten k\u00f6nnt. Ob Gewinnspiel, Angebotswoche oder die Ank\u00fcndigung f\u00fcr ein neues Produkt: Verschiebt es auf keinen Fall ohne eine gut kommunizierte Entschuldigung. Die Beziehung zu euren Kunden funktioniert eigentlich ganz \u00e4hnlich wie private Beziehungen: Wenn ihr sie langfristig aufbauen wollt, dann hei\u00dft das, dass ihr mehr investieren m\u00fcsst als sie einfach nur auf den Buy-Button zu locken. Auch wenn man vielleicht schon fast den Drang hat, die Augen zu verdrehen, ist dieser Rat noch immer einer der wichtigsten. Nicht jeder YouTuber ist automatisch authentisch, aber wer eigene Werte vertritt und ehrlich mit den eigenen Zuschauern umgeht, hat langfristig mehr Erfolg. Genauso als Gr\u00fcnderInnen: Eure KundInnen und MitarbeiterInnen werden es zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen, wenn ihr einfach ihr selbst seid. Auch im Business brauchen wir keine Rolle zu spielen \u2013 sondern einfach die Werte transportieren, die uns besonders wichtig sind. YouTuber, die selbst f\u00fcr nichts stehen, aber die jede Kooperation annehmen und nicht auf den Werte-Fit achten, bilden keine Personal Brand f\u00fcr sich. Und die ist in beiden Businesses \u2013 Gr\u00fcndertum und YouTube \u2013 extrem wichtig.
