Im Sommer habe ich als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin mit einem inspirierten Team unser Startup femade.de gelauncht \u2013 das ist eine innovative Shopping-Plattform. Femade hei\u00dft \u00fcbersetzt „von Frauen gemacht“. Von K\u00f6ln aus bauen wir ein hochspannendes femade-Sortiment auf, finden \u00fcber Trend-Scouts unsere Produzentinnen auf der ganzen Welt und lassen ein einmaliges Netzwerk entstehen. Inzwischen f\u00fchren wir \u00fcber 200 verschiedene Produkte von 31 Frauen aus 6 L\u00e4ndern, alle aus den Bereichen Essen und Trinken. Und es werden immer mehr. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Warum haben Sie sich entschlossen ein Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Wir haben femade gegr\u00fcndet, weil wir an den Community-Grundgedanken unserer Plattform glauben. Gerade auch Corona hat uns gezeigt, dass die Menschen den Schulterschluss und die Gemeinsamkeit suchen \u2013 gemeinsam kann man so viel mehr erreichen. Femade ist ein gemeinschaftlicher Shop, auf dem wir uns gegenseitig unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Was war bei der Gr\u00fcndung von femade die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Neben Problemen mit der Software zu Beginn war die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung, die Vielfalt toller Produkte \u201eeinzufangen\u201c, die von Frauen gemacht werden. Da war auch Beschr\u00e4nkung angesagt. Ein Beispiel: Wir haben alleine in Griechenland \u00fcber 20 tolle Produzentinnen gefunden. Und erst jetzt gehen wir da in den Kontakt. Wie bei jeder Gr\u00fcndung ist es die Komplexit\u00e4t in Summe aller Bereiche \u2013 Team, Partner, Marketing, Verkauf, Software, Finanzen usw. Das fordert, macht aber eben auch wahnsinnig Spa\u00df.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kann man mit einer Idee starten, wenn noch nicht alles perfekt ist?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Auf alle F\u00e4lle. Am Anfang arbeitet man in alle Richtungen und so richtig perfekt geht es da sowieso nicht. Ich musste mich als Perfektionistin erst daran gew\u00f6hnen. Mir war immer wichtig, dass wir einfach anfangen und Lust und Liebe maximal intensiv in den Aufbau des Unternehmens investieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Welche Vision steckt hinter femade?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Unsere Vision ist die von einer starken Community, die bei femade Informationen, Network und tolle Produkte von Food\/Drinks bis hin zu Accessoires und Kosmetik findet. Die Community hilft durch ihren Einkauf, die femade-Produkte zu st\u00e4rken und den Sensus f\u00fcr liebevolle Dinge aus Frauenhand zu st\u00e4rken. Weiterhin werden wir nicht m\u00fcde, auch Gutes zu tun und werden gezielt diverse karitative Aktionen ansto\u00dfen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wer ist die Zielgruppe von femade?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Entdeckungsfreudige, emanzipierte, empathische, engagierte Menschen, die einfach gute Produkte zu Hause haben wollen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Was unterscheidet Sie von anderen Anbietern?<\/h4>\n\n\n

Wir sind im Moment unique. So etwas wie femade gibt es bisher noch nicht. Wir nutzen die tollen M\u00f6glichkeiten, die ein Onlineshop erlaubt, aktualisieren die Produktrange ganz regelm\u00e4\u00dfig und unterhalten unsere Community mit beeindruckenden Produzentinnengeschichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wie hat sich ihr Unternehmen mit Corona ver\u00e4ndert?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Femade war in der Entstehungsphase, als Corona losging. Es hat unsere Prozesse verlangsamt, wir w\u00e4ren sonst gern schon fr\u00fcher am Markt gewesen. Wir sehen uns heute mit der Herausforderung konfrontiert, dass viele geplante Treffen und Events, die wir vorhatten, unter Corona so nicht m\u00f6glich sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wo sehen Sie in der Krise die Chance?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Zun\u00e4chst leiden wir mit vielen unserer Freunde und Bekannten mit, die ihr Geld als Eventler, Gastronomen, Musiker & Co. verdienen. Wenn wir hier nicht alle gemeinsam aufpassen, gehen hier ganz viele Existenzen zu Grunde. Chancen liegen wie in allen Krisen in der Notwendigkeit, noch kreativer zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
femade, wo geht der Weg hin? Wo sehen Sie sich in f\u00fcnf Jahren?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Wir z\u00e4hlen 31 femades aus 6 L\u00e4nden mit \u00fcber 200 Produkten. Also dann in 5 Jahren: Viel, viel mehr Produkte und Produzentinnen, viel mehr Bereiche, eine grandiose Community, die sich unterst\u00fctzt, ein erweitertes Netzwerk, ein erfolgreicher Shop und ein erfolgreicher e.V., der Frauen Mut macht und unterst\u00fctzt auf dem Weg, eine Femade zu werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zum Schluss: Welche 3 Tipps w\u00fcrden Sie angehenden Gr\u00fcnderinnen mit auf den Weg geben?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
1. Du musst ganz stark an deine Sache glauben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Es ist wichtig, ein gutes Team und Netzwerk hinter sich zu haben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Und nat\u00fcrlich brauchst du Geld, denn sonst kommt die tollste Idee nicht auf die Stra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
