Mein Name ist Andreas Zeitler und ich bin Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Vuframe. Mit 16 kam mein erstes Computerspiel auf den Markt und zehn Jahre lang war ich in der Gaming-Industrie t\u00e4tig \u2013 ich war ein typischer Nerd und im Grunde meines Herzens bin ich das auch immer noch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Technologie und Idee hinter Vuframe\u00ae hat auch definitiv in dieser Branche ihren Ursprung. Ich wollte eine Plattform bauen, die es Unternehmen erm\u00f6glicht, ihre Produkte als smarte, interaktive 3D<\/a>-Visualisierungen \u00fcberall in der Digitallandschaft einbetten und vermarkten zu k\u00f6nnen. Heute bauen unsere Kunden mit der Plattform zudem noch AR & VR Apps f\u00fcr ihren Vertrieb und ganze virtuelle Showrooms, die sie nach Belieben f\u00fcr ihre digitalen, hybriden und physischen Messen editieren k\u00f6nnen \u2013 ganz ohne erforderliche Programmierkenntnisse. Ein 3D-Baukasten f\u00fcr Unternehmen sozusagen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum haben Sie sich entschieden, ein Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin ein Macher, ich packe die Dinge gerne an, und wenn ich eine Idee habe, bin ich leidenschaftlich dabei und kann auch nicht lockerlassen. Mir war schon relativ fr\u00fch bewusst, dass ich selbst etwas starten m\u00f6chte \u2013 meine Erfahrungen brachten mir am Ende dann die z\u00fcndende Idee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Vision steckt hinter Vuframe?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Unsere Vision ist es, die Art, wie wir leben, arbeiten und Gesch\u00e4fte t\u00e4tigen, durch digitale Realit\u00e4ten zu verbessern und die Welt ein bisschen mehr miteinander zu verkn\u00fcpfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von der Idee bis zum Start was waren bis jetzt die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen und wie haben Sie sich finanziert?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wir haben bis dato 3,2 Millionen Euro Risikokapital von deutschen und internationalen Privatinvestoren eingesammelt. Die Kapitalsuche war am Anfang definitiv eine Herausforderung, denn 2015 erfreuten sich Startups und dann auch noch in Zusammenhang mit 3D vor allem in Deutschland noch nicht so einer Beliebtheit wie heute \u2013 da hat man Risikokapital nur im Ausland gefunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Herausforderung ist und bleibt aber das Team: Die richtigen Kollegen zu finden und ins Team zu bringen, ist tagt\u00e4glich eine Challenge \u2013 gerade, wenn man so stark w\u00e4chst wie wir in diesem Jahr, in dem sich unser Team mehr als verdoppelt hat. F\u00fcr mich als \u201eTechie\u201c fehlt hier auch manchmal vielleicht das n\u00f6tige Einf\u00fchlungsverm\u00f6gen, das man f\u00fcr gute Mitarbeiterf\u00fchrung und -motivation braucht \u2013 man sieht schon, auch pers\u00f6nliches Wachstum geh\u00f6rt beim Gr\u00fcnden dazu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alles in allem sind das nur Wachstumsschmerzen und mein Team ist letztlich mit einer der Gr\u00fcnde, warum ich jeden Morgen aufstehe und auch nach f\u00fcnf Jahren einfach wahnsinnig gerne zur Arbeit gehe. Ich kann mir nichts Besseres vorstellen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wer ist die Zielgruppe von Vuframe?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Unsere Zielgruppe sind die Pioniere und Vorantreibenden in Unternehmen, diejenigen, die offen f\u00fcr revolution\u00e4re neue Marken- und Produkterlebnisse sind und neue Wege gehen m\u00f6chten. Meistens stecken solche K\u00f6pfe im Marketing oder Business Development, wenn es daf\u00fcr nicht sowieso schon eine eigene Innovationsabteilung gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie funktioniert Vuframe? Wo liegen die Vorteile? Was unterscheidet Sie von anderen Anbietern?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Unsere Kunden laden ihre CAD-\/3D-Daten auf unserer Plattform hoch; diese werden automatisch in h\u00fcbsche, kompakte und gegen Reverse Engineering gesch\u00fctzte 3D-Visualisierungen umgewandelt. Sie sind smart, interaktiv, \u00fcberall integrierbar und zudem in AR und VR nutzbar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genauso leicht lassen sich mit der Plattform AR &VR Apps f\u00fcr den Vertrieb oder Kunden realisieren, sowie editierbare, virtuelle Showrooms. Vorteile unserer Technologie sind die M\u00f6glichkeit, selbst gro\u00dfe Daten ohne visuellen Qualit\u00e4tsverlust zu komprimieren und die Plattform ohne Programmierkenntnisse bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was uns unterscheidet: Unsere ausgespielten 3D-Modelle k\u00f6nnen nicht mehr in technische Baupl\u00e4ne rekonstruiert werden. Materialdaten, Teilenummern, technische Abmessungen etc. sind also vor Dritten gesch\u00fctzt. Die Sicherheit ist ein extrem wichtiges Thema und absolutes Entscheidungskriterium f\u00fcr die meisten Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vuframe, wo geht der Weg hin? Wo sehen Sie sich in f\u00fcnf Jahren?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In f\u00fcnf Jahren sehen wir uns als internationaler Marktf\u00fchrer, wenn es um immersive Technologien geht. Wir befinden uns gerade in einer gro\u00dfen, aber gesunden Wachstumsphase und sind dank der neuesten Entwicklungen gro\u00dfer Firmen wie Apple und Google zuversichtlich, dass diese Technologien uns langfristig helfen, einfacher und ressourcenschonender weltweite Gesch\u00e4fte miteinander zu t\u00e4tigen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zum Schluss: Welche 3 Tipps w\u00fcrden Sie angehenden Gr\u00fcndern mit auf den Weg geben?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Was ich ziemlich schnell gelernt habe: Du kannst das nicht ohne den Support eines leidenschaftlichen, gleichgesinnten Teams machen, dem du vertraust. Investiere also in das beste Team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fehler sind manchmal die beste Option, um voranzukommen, deshalb muss das mit der Angst vor dem Fehlermachen aufh\u00f6ren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When in doubt \u2013 look at the data! So nerdig das auch klingt, aber Zahlen sprechen einfach f\u00fcr sich und helfen meistens bei der Entscheidungsfindung \u2013 manchmal eben entgegen der popul\u00e4rsten Meinung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
