Statt sich immer wieder neuen Produkten zu widmen, forschen wir auch an bestehenden Versionen weiter und versuchen sie an den neuesten Stand der Wissenschaft anzupassen.\u201d \u2013&nbsp; Nicolas Hartmann, Co-Founder von vly und verantwortlich f\u00fcr den Bereich R&amp;D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anfang 2018 haben sich die drei Gr\u00fcnder Moritz Braunwarth, Nicolas Hartmann und Niklas Katter zusammengetan und vly gegr\u00fcndet. Das Food Start-Up entwickelt und forscht seitdem im eigenen Lab in Berlin und ver\u00e4ndert die Lebensmittelindustrie. Mit der Mission, Menschen dabei zu unterst\u00fctzen, das beste Potential aus sich herauszuholen \u2013 durch die Entwicklung der ges\u00fcndesten Milchalternativen, die gleichzeitig durch ihren leckeren Geschmack \u00fcberzeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Deutschland ist vly bereits in \u00fcber 8000 Superm\u00e4rkten. Nun will die junge Foodbrand in das europ\u00e4ische Umland expandieren und konnte nun auch in der \u00f6sterreichischen Start-Up Show \u201c2 Minuten 2 Millionen\u201d \u00fcberzeugen. Die erfolgreiche Puls 4-Show strahlt aktuell die 9. Staffel aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Investition: Wer ist dabei?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Die Produkte &amp; und die Mission von vly konnte alle Investoren begeistern.<br>\u201cUns ist bewusst, dass unsere Bewertung h\u00f6her ist gegen\u00fcber anderen Start-Ups. Wir sind im Vergleich aber einfach schon l\u00e4nger am Markt und und konnten so bereits h\u00f6here Ums\u00e4tze als andere Start-Ups am Markt erzielen.\u201d &nbsp;&nbsp;\u2013 Niklas Katter, Co-Founder von vly.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>F\u00fcr den erfolgreichen Aufbau der Marke und den bisherigen Markteintritt gab es entsprechend gro\u00dfes Lob der Investoren. In dem deutschen Format \u201cDie H\u00f6hle der L\u00f6wen\u201d hat es damals f\u00fcr vly nicht geklappt. Bei \u201c2 Minuten 2 Millionen\u201d konnten Nicolas Hartmann und Niklas Katter den erfolgreichen SevenVentures Investor Daniel Zech \u00fcberzeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Nachfrage an veganen Lebensmitteln steigt weiter.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Markt an alternativen Lebensmittelprodukten boomt \u2013 Tendenz steigend. Was fr\u00fcher noch \u00d6ko-Nische war, ist jetzt Lifestyle. Aufgrund dieser Entwicklung sind Konsument:innen deutlich offener in die neue Geschmackswelt einzutauchen. Und auch in \u00d6sterreich ist der Trend zur veganen Ern\u00e4hrung nicht mehr aufzuhalten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere Produkte von vly werden in 2022 folgen und das Forschungs &amp; Entwicklungs Team befindet sich bereits in weiteren Produktionsprozessen. Mit jedem Forschungsdurchbruch werden die Versionen optimiert. Aus 1.0 wurde step by step 2.0. Bis hinzu den neuesten 3.0 Varianten. Gemeinsam mit einer Tester:innen Community werden sensorische Daten aufwendig analysiert und verarbeitet, um so die Produkte im Geschmack zu perfektionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAuf der Marketing Ebene ist es unsere Herausforderung, die Menschen zu \u00fcberzeugen vly zu probieren. Die erste Assoziation bei einer veganen Milchalternative aus Erbsenprotein ist eben nicht direkt 100% Geschmack.
