Wir von AdsMasters sind eine Full-Service-Agentur, spezialisiert auf den Verkauf auf Amazon. Aktuell betreuen wir 25 Marken & Hersteller im Monat beim Verkauf auf Amazon. Gestarten sind wir im Jahre 2017\/2018 und sind aktuell ein Team von 4 Leuten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum haben Sie sich entschieden, ein Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Vor dem initialen Start erhielten wir bereits viele Anfragen aus dem Bekanntenkreis, bez\u00fcglich der Betreuung beim Verkauf auf Amazon. Wir selber waren auch eCommerce-H\u00e4ndler im Zeitraum 2013-2017 und konnten so aus eigener Erfahrung berichten, wie es ist auf Amazon aktiv zu verkaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Vision steckt hinter AdsMasters?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

AdsMasters ist der Verkaufspartner f\u00fcr ambitionierte Marken & Hersteller f\u00fcr den Marktplatz Amazon. Aktuell verwalten wir ca. 3 Millionen \u20ac Werbebudget pro Jahr, bis zum Jahr 2027 wollen wir das verwaltete Werbebudget auf min. 20 Mio \u20ac pro Jahr erh\u00f6hen. Gleichzeitig wollen wir den von uns aktiv verwalteten eCommerce-Umsatz von 53 Mio\u20ac (2021) auf 300 Mio. \u20ac im Jahr 2027 steigern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von der Idee bis zum Start was waren bis jetzt die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen und wie haben Sie sich finanziert?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Die Fokussierung auf ein Thema ist besonders schwer, insbesondere wenn viele Anfragen generiert werden, die sich auf andere Themenbereiche beziehen, die fachlich ebenfalls abgedeckt werden k\u00f6nnen. In der Anfangszeit waren wir eine eCommerce-Full-Service-Agentur, wir haben Online-Shops aufgebaut, Google Ads-Kampagnen und Facebook-Kampagnen geschaltet. Wir haben alles f\u00fcr slle gemacht, dies haben wir im Jahre 2021 dann aktiv beendet und fokussieren uns nun ausschlie\u00dflich auf den Marktplatz Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wer ist die Zielgruppe von AdsMasters?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Unsere Zielgruppe l\u00e4sst sich in drei Untergruppen unterteilen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Online-Pure-Player mit einem min. Jahresumsatz von 2 Mio \u20ac<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Marken aus dem station\u00e4ren Handel, die nun auf Amazon durchstarten wollen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Gro\u00dfunternehmen und Konzerne, die eine Amazon-Strategie und deren Umsetzung ben\u00f6tigen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Wie funktioniert AdsMasters? Wo liegen die Vorteile? Was unterscheidet Sie von anderen Anbietern?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    AdsMasters ist nur die Firmenbezeichnung, unser Au\u00dfenauftritt l\u00e4uft auf Tobias Dziuba. Wir sind daher die pers\u00f6nliche Amazon Agentur mit \u201cSkin in the Game\u201d! Neben der pers\u00f6nlichen Komponente, liegt ein weiterer Vorteil in unserer Inhouse-Tech-L\u00f6sung. Wir haben unser eigenes Amazon-Advertising-Tool gebaut mit denen wir Kampagnen optimieren, erstellen sowie auswerten, genau nach unseren Vorstellungen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    AdsMasters, wo geht der Weg hin? Wo sehen Sie sich in f\u00fcnf Jahren?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    In 5 Jahren verwalten wir \u00fcber 300 Mio. \u20ac Umsatz und betreuen ca. 20 Mio \u20ac Werbeausgaben auf Amazon. Neben unseren Standort in D\u00fcsseldorf er\u00f6ffnen wir auch ein B\u00fcro in den USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Zum Schluss: Welche 3 Tipps w\u00fcrden Sie angehenden Gr\u00fcndern mit auf den Weg geben?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    1. Fokus auf das wesentlich Angebot, auch wenn es kurzfristig hei\u00dfen sollte auf Umsatz zu verzichten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Sparsam aushalten: Gerade am Anfang hei\u00dft es \u201cCash is King\u201d unn\u00f6tige Kosten sollten gemieden werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Akzeptanz f\u00fcr schwierige Zeiten: Es ist vollkommen normal, dass es nicht immer bergauf geht, damit sollte jeder Gr\u00fcnder rechnen und sich mental und gesch\u00e4ftlich darauf vorbereiten. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
