Wir haben die Selli AG Ende 2021 nach einem Jahr im Stealth-Modus in der Schweiz gegr\u00fcndet und uns zum Ziel gesetzt, Vertriebsanwendern mit selbstlernenden, humanoiden KI-Produkten mehr Effizienz, Wachstum und Work-Life-Harmony zu erm\u00f6glichen. Mit unserem Sales Intelligence Service \u201amove\u2018 richten wir uns dabei branchen\u00fcbergreifend an Unternehmen und Vertriebsorganisationen.  Ich selbst fokussiere mich seit \u00fcber 20 Jahren auf die internationale Expansion von Startups in den Branchen Banken, Versicherung und Fintech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum haben Sie sich entschieden, ein Unternehmen zu gr\u00fcnden?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Weil ich zutiefst davon \u00fcberzeugt bin, dass wir den \u201eVertrieblern\u201c helfen k\u00f6nnen, ihren Job dank modernster Technologie besser zu machen, und zwar so, dass sie nicht nur mehr Effizienz erreichen, sondern zugleich auch mehr Zufriedenheit und Wertsch\u00e4tzung erfahren \u2013 von Kunden genauso wie innerhalb einer Vertriebsorganisation. Den Vertriebsanwendern also etwas zur\u00fcckgeben zu k\u00f6nnen, treibt mich an und war auch der ausschlaggebende Grund daf\u00fcr, dass ich die Selli AG mitgegr\u00fcndet habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Vision steckt hinter Selli?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Wir treten daf\u00fcr an, dass wir mit unseren Innovationen das Leben von Hundertausenden \u201eVertrieblern\u201c positiv ver\u00e4ndern, egal wo auf der Welt und in welcher Branche. Unsere Vision ist es, dass jeder Vertriebsanwender seinen ganz pers\u00f6nlichen digitalen Sales Assistenten an die Seite gestellt bekommt, der jederzeit \u00fcber alle Kan\u00e4le und auch \u00fcber kontextbezogene Sprachdialoge verf\u00fcgbar ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Von der Idee bis zum Start was waren bis jetzt die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen und wie haben Sie sich finanziert?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Es gibt viele Herausforderungen, aber die gr\u00f6\u00dfte ist es, das richtige Team zu formen. Daf\u00fcr braucht man gute Partner und ein Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis zu allen. So haben wir uns auch finanziert, mit eigenem Geld und gemeinsam mit Partnern, die an uns und die Selli Vision glauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wer ist die Zielgruppe von Selli?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Uns geht es um den Vertriebler \u2013 momentan vor allem aus dem Banken- und Versicherungsbereich. Langfristig gesehen, sprechen wir jedoch alle Anwender im Vertrieb oder Vertriebsorganisationen an, und das weltweit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie funktioniert Selli? Wo liegen die Vorteile? Was unterscheidet Sie von anderen Anbietern?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Bei unserem Produkt handelt es sich um eine Anwendung, individuell zugeschnitten auf den \u201eVertriebler\u201c und Vertriebsorganisationen. Das hei\u00dft, sie setzt genau bei deren Bed\u00fcrfnissen an – zum Beispiel wenn es darum geht, neue Aspekte f\u00fcr die Neukundenakquise zu erhalten, Mehrwerte f\u00fcr bestehende Kunden oder im Bereich Empfehlungsmanagement zu generieren. Daf\u00fcr haben wir eine Technologie entwickelt, die gro\u00dfe Datenmengen unter anderem aus dem Internet auswertet, jedoch dem Anwender immer nur dann einen Impuls gibt, wenn es ihm ganz konkret f\u00fcr das Gesch\u00e4ft nutzt und ihn ansonsten von administrativen Aufgaben entlastet, ganz wie eine pers\u00f6nliche Assistenz \u2013 nur eben auf Basis K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz und proaktiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selli, wo geht der Weg hin? Wo sehen Sie sich in f\u00fcnf Jahren?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Unser n\u00e4chster Schritt ist es, die Anwendung zu jeder Zeit, auf jedem Ger\u00e4t und jedem Ort, beispielsweise auch \u201eon the road\u201c im Auto \u00fcber Sprachassistenz und kontextrelevante Dialoge, entscheidende Vertriebsinformationen zu servieren. Wenn man sich vor Augen f\u00fchrt, dass ein Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Durchschnitt f\u00fcnfzig Arbeitstage pro Jahr im Auto verbringt, kann man sich vorstellen, welche Erleichterung die Bereitstellung eines \u201eCar-Mode\u201c, also die Nutzung der \u201atoten\u2018 Zeit im Auto, zum Beispiel durch automatisierte Kunden-, Produktbriefings oder Termin-Nachbereitungen \u00fcber KI und Sprachdialoge bringen kann. Und wir werden unser Produkt nach und nach Cross-Industry ausrollen und dem privaten Anwender weltweit zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr nachhaltigen Erfolg, ist es wie im Teamsport \u201eMatch-entscheidend\u201c ein motiviertes und erfolgshungriges Team zu formieren, wo alle die spezifischen Kompetenzen einbringen. Durchdacht aber z\u00fcgig entscheiden. Niemand trifft nur richtige Entscheidungen \u2013 daraus zu lernen ist \u201eKey\u201c. Und es geht darum mutig zu sein; wenn man an etwas glaubt, sollte man nicht aufgeben, aber unbedingt das Feedback von Kunden und Usern in die Ausgestaltung der Services mit einbeziehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
