I am Srinivas Bangalore and I am a Proactive, performance-driven professional with a decade of progressive expertise in leadership and problem solving for Manufacturing, Warehouses, Retail, Automotive and Startup operations.

SANNA MEANS BRILLIANCE, in fact that’s my daughter’s name too…We are creating business brilliance for our clients…. We are the innovators, it will be innovative in everything what we do. This makes us stand apart from our competitors.

How did you get the idea to Sanna Innovations?
Having more than a decade of experience in the IT sector, I always urged doing things in a different way. Doing things differently has always worked out well for me. I want my daughter to be the youngest CEO of an MNC which is why I started my own firm. Once she is done with her education the platform will all be set so that she can drive the company forward an be the youngest CEO of all time.

How difficult was the start and what challenges you had to overcome?
The biggest challenge was to quit my 9-6 job and its regular monthly income. Having a 2 year old kid and making this move of being an entrepreneur was not at all encouraged by friends and relatives. However my gut feeling wanted me to start a firm in my daughter’s name and setting her with a strong platform is what I am looking forward. In this regards I am Game for any challenge that comes on my way…

Reading News Paper
Check all my clients’ websites and see if it is up and running.
Follow up with all my customers and employees on their requirements.
Talk to project managers on project status.
Brainstorming sessions to my employees
Keep an eye on the upcoming technologies
Interacting with my chartered accountants.
Thinking what’s next?
1 hours of meditation.
Spending the remaining hours with family

Where do you see yourself and your startup Sanna Innovations in five years?
I would be really be happy to see Sanna Innovations having 100,000 clients in the next five years…

What 3 tips would you give other Start-up founders on the way?
You would have started a company to fulfill you’re or someone else’s dream, so whatever may happen do not step back because you are in the right path to success…

Time is very important, do not misuse yours or anyone else’s time. Once you are committed kindly make up in that time for your meetings.

Manage your finances well, make sure you have a regular source of income from your business and do save as much as you can…
